Pet Odor Treatment

Zerorez® understands accidents happen, causing odor and discoloration in your floors. If not properly treated, biological matter, such as urine, can create a breeding ground for bacteria and an unhealthy indoor environment.

ZerorezĀ® can help!

Our trained and certified technicians will assess the situation onsite and customize a treatment to effectively clean and refresh areas contaminated by biological matter based on your specific need.

Discoloration?

Urine is acidic when it enters carpet, and oxidizes as it dries. This causes the yellowing effect in floors. Oxidation, along with the ammonia and urochrome in urine, can permanently dye the color of your carpet if not properly treated.

Odor?

As urine dries, a chemical change occurs. Acidic urine becomes alkaline, forming urea salts that attract moisture and keeps odor-causing bacteria alive for years. Biological matter must be neutralized to destroy bacteria and odor at its source.

Call ZerorezĀ® Today!

Forget air fresheners and toxic products that just mask the problems. Our proprietary pet treatment products are 100% safe for floors, fabrics and furniture. Call Zerorez® today to safely and effectively eliminate discoloration and odors at its source.

Level I
Basic Bio Treatment

We successfully use this method to treat areas that have mild to moderate biological contamination. This method treats biological issues and odors contained in the surface area of the flooring or fibers.

Level II
Advanced Bio Treatment

This is a deep saturation and extraction process that is used to treat moderate to severe biological issues. This service level is necessary if contamination has reached the carpet backing and/or carpet pad.

Level III
Replacement

This is a guaranteed method of treatment. The nature of biological issues makes it impossible to guarantee treatment without replacement. Using this method, tack strips, padding and carpeting are replaced.

My carpets look new again and they are 17 years old!! I have 3 dogs and I never thought they could look so good.
