Chris has done my carpets and floors before. He is always professional and knows what he is doing. I have always been pleased with the work he does. He had Will with him today . He is being with a Great role model. He also is a good worker and personable. I will use again and recommend highly Chris.

Very knowledgeable, professional, kind, attentive. We have pets and the tech took time to greet them. He was mindful of our budget and gave us options so we didn't have to spend too much but still get the result we wanted. I would call them again.

Could not be more impressed and satisfied with the quality of work done on my carpet. This is older carpet with pet traffic and it looks fantastic. Inspired me to by new pillows for the couch. Happened to hear the commercial on my day off, figured I’d give them a call and sure enough they were able to get me on for same day service. My carpets are refreshed and revived and it was so affordable and pain free I think I’ll start doing this at the start of every year! Talon and Lloyd were professional and fantastic! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my carpet, looks brand new again. I really loved the way they cleaned the carpets, they didn’t use anything to clean with toxins in it. I really appreciate the way Blake handled business, he was on time and did an amazing job on my carpets. My entire house smelled like citrus which smells so good. Talon and his partner (so sorry, I am bad with names) did a wonderful job! Very professional, great explanation of what they were about to do, helped us understand how the process worked. They got about 90% of our stubborn pet stains out, which is impressive because we had 7 years and 5 pets worth of stains, including a puppy training and an old dog that had accidents. The carpet we thought was light brown is back to being the light beige it was when we moved in. And, most importantly, the pet odor that built up over the years is gone! Thanks so much guys. Amazing Job! William was very friendly, informative, worked fast and hard. My rug and couch look like new and feel so clean, they are NOT soaked in water and chemicals that will take days to dry. Will be reaching out to schedule air duct cleaning!

The young men who cleaned my carpets were early, polite and professional. They explained my options (lots of things I could add on, of course)and explained each one to my satisfaction. When I chose only a minimal upgrade, they went to work promptly and did a very good job. I would happily recommend them to family, friends or anyone who reads my review.
